The staff was not overly friendly or welcoming. Rooms were not very clean. We went and bought our own sheets and blankets to put on the beds.

Over-Priced By Double. Not what is advertised. Don’t book here at these costs. No breakfast, tiny packed parking on top of one another. No shower door and no cable television or in-room coffee, WiFi horrible and needed to use McDonald WiFi across the street. Furniture literally falling apart and sagging. Horrendous

The location is at a busy intersection so it is quite noisy but it was the closest accommodation to the city for a budget price I could find so you take the good with the bad. And it was recently updated. The bed and pillows are of a much higher budget hotel. Super comfy!

It was very clean & you could tell it was recently remodeled! That speaks volumes on the clean room! I always pay attention to that! The bed felt amazing! Area is good for eating out, convenient stores, etc. Great location!

The location was nice for downtown access at a cheap price. It also wasn’t too far from the blue ridge. It was pretty quiet even though it was along the freeway. The beds were really comfy. We do wish there was nightside table lamps.
